Testing aircraft at Boscombe Down

MoD Boscombe Down will be conducting essential testing of the Chinook Mk 5 from the 24th of Nov to the 7th Dec 2015 excluding weekends. These trials are set to be conducted during the mornings from 0700. The Chinook is the primary rotary work horse of the Royal Air Force, transporting personnel, equipment and aid.  These trials are essential to enable the timely delivery of planned improvements to the safety and operational effectiveness of this aircraft. Further Chinook trials are expected in the New Year with details to follow. We thank you for your continued support.
